Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics in our Internet presence. This is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”. Through the certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active Google guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU are also adhered to when processing data in the USA. The Google Analytics service is used to analyse the usage behaviour of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website. Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, place, time or frequency of the visit to our website, is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymisation function. With this function Google shortens the IP address already within the EU or EEA. The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of the visit to our website and the usage activities there. This data can also be used to provide further services which are connected with the use of our website and the use of the Internet. Google states that it will not link your IP address to other data. In addition, Google provides further information on data protection law at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners, for example on the possibilities of preventing the use of data. Google also offers a so-called deactivation add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de along with further information on this. This add-on can be installed with the most common Internet browsers and offers you further control options over the data that Google collects when you access our website. The add-on informs the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that information about your visit to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services. Whether and which other web analysis services are used by us, you will of course also find out in this data protection declaration.

Google Fonts

In our internet presence we use Google Fonts to display external fonts. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter only referred to as “Google”. By being certified in accordance with the EU-US

Privacy Shield

https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active, Google guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU are also complied with when processing data in the USA. To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when our website is called up. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation and economic operation of our internet presence. Through the connection to Google established when you call up our website, Google can determine from which website your enquiry has been sent and to which IP address the representation of the font is to be transmitted. Google offers further information at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated https://policies.google.com/privacy, in particular regarding the possibilities of preventing the use of data.

Google reCAPTCHA

In our internet presence we use Google reCAPTCHA to check and avoid interactions on our website through automated access, e.g. through so-called bots. This is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter only “Google”. Through certification in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active, Google guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU are also complied with when processing data in the USA. Through this service, Google can determine from which website a request is sent and from which IP address you are using the so-called reCAPTCHA input box. In addition to your IP address, Google may also collect other information that is necessary to offer and guarantee this service. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the security of our Internet presence and in the prevention of unwanted, automated access in the form of spam or similar. Google offers further information on the general handling of your user data at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

IV. Passing on of data

Data will only be passed on to third parties as soon as this is necessary to process inquiries via the platform. This includes all contact persons at manufacturers, suppliers, service providers and other third parties necessary for processing.

V. Sales mode/Interested function

In order to give you a first insight into the property, this website has the so-called sales mode or interested parties function. This allows you to access a version of the online configuration and collaboration platform adapted for interested parties without prior registration. Please note that all information about products, services and other contents on this site are without guarantee and can change until the actual purchase of the property and therefore do not form the basis of a contract. In addition, in the course of the introduction (tutorial) there is the possibility to enter important data and information, which are exclusively and anonymously (only the property number has to be entered) provided to the project companies for a smooth handling of the purchase and configuration process.
